Employers can access the Rhode Island web site and register to use the internet for reporting new hires. This page effectively supports the administrative process for access required for states to implement an internet option. By providing employers an on-line secure site to register we offer a timely and accurate solution for processing access to the New Hire Reporting internet site.

Employers must complete the on-line form and submit their information to gain access to the site. Access will be granted within 24 hours of registration.

HOW IT WORKS:

Upon entering the necessary information a file is transmitted to our administrative unit for verification. Verification is accomplished by data matches and/or staff review. Employers will be notified within 24 hours via e-mail of their approved access. Employers can then report all new hires through the internet.
